I'm David Dibble, founder and CEO of New Agreements, Inc. Our earliest training was based upon The Four Agreements at Work, which I integrated in my eight years working with the amazing don Miguel Ruiz. We quickly realized that, as much as we loved The Four Agreements, they were not enough to transform business. We needed systems work, too. Today we train leaders and managers in a simple systems-based management model that significantly improves business performance, while growing/engaging employees. Although powerful in all types of businesses, much of our work has been on the front lines in healthcare, working where care is actually delivered. This new model is more bottom/up than top/down and spreads organically, avoiding "flavor of the month 'program'" approaches.
