CongressLine by GalleryWatch.com: Lobbying and Ethics Rules

Last month I wrote about the new Lobbying and Ethics bill that was just passed by Congress and signed by the President.

This month, I thought I’d let the experts at the Congressional Research Service (CRS) describe the new rules in detail. CRS is an invaluable resource to legislative researchers. Their reports are not officially available to the public. My service has them, however, so here is a report from last month – Lobbying Law and Ethics Rules Changes in the 110th Congress.

The Congressional Research Service is the primary research arm of Congress, their reports and memos on any topic requested by any Congressperson or Senator are highly credible and are highly regarded. CRS is a branch of the Library of Congress.
